Beautiful new 2 story 2500 sf row home 2 blocks to large, sandy Oceanside beach. 3 bedroom, 2 bath, roof deck, front patio, stainless appliances and all the beach toys.

Oceanside is a beach community in north San Diego County. Our home is located in an area of similar row homes.

Our home has a large living/dining room with fireplace and family room/kitchen also with fireplace. Additional 1/2 bath and full laundry room downstairs with attached 2 car garage.
Master bedroom is large and bath includes a jetted tub. The other two bedrooms are large and have walk-in closets. Decorated to make your feel like you are at the beach and pampered. Easy walk to small restaurants, coffee shops, retail shops, and movie theater. Longer walk to marina where you can rent sail boat, jet ski, go deep sea fishing or take surfing lessons.

We are interested in going to Chicago for Christmas 07 and also open to swaps in Europe in 08. This is our second home so we do not need to have a simultaneous exchange. You can come to California in the summer if you prefer.


Our Neighbourhood Beach

The beach is beautiful and you can surf or boggie board. You can also walk to some small restaurants, coffee shops and retail stores as well as a movie theater. You can also walk to the train to get to San Diego or points north.

About Us

My husband and I are 60, own our own businesses in the publishing field and have three adult (college or just working age) children who would be joining us for Christmas.
