One-bedroom apartment in a complex with a large pool, about one hundred and fifty metres from the sea, in Puerto de Santiago, Tenerife.

The complex is multi-cultural with Spanish, Italian, German, French, English residents.

Our apartment is on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool. Accessed via stairs or two lifts.

The complex is well maintained with cleaners working in the communal areas every weekday.
Twin beds, balcony, American style kitchen, ceiling fans.
Washing machine
Spanish digital channels, also BBC1, BBC2, ITV1 & Channel 4 and DVD player

Our apartment is a non-smoking home.

Pets are not allowed.

Our Neighbourhood Beach

Close to the sea and the Playa de Arena beach.

Many bars, shops and restaurants, and a well stocked small supermarket adjacent to the complex.

Two minutes away by car or a pleasant 20 minute stroll is Los Gigantes, a small place with plenty of shops and restaurants.

And spectacular cliffs - the second highest sea cliffs in the world we are told.

Tenerife boasts many great places to see, including Mount Teide, a dormant volcano and the highest peak in Spain, let alone the Canaries! Masca - a tiny mountain village nesling amongst the mountain crags.Great scenery!

About Us

Sue and I are a retired couple in our sixties.

We have owned our Tenerife apartment since 2004 and spend around three months there each year.
