I am offering a newly furnished 1 1/2 bedroom cottage in Sea Point, (I use the second smaller bedroom as a study)
Cape Town, two minutes' walk from the promenade and Sunset Beach, and three hundred meters from the Sea Point swimming pool.

It is upmarket, vibrant, and a really good address - the perfect location in Cape Town.

Sea Point is one of the most vibrant neighbourhoods in Cape Town, upmarket yet fun.

You are surrounded by a choice of shops, from supermarkets to boutiques, and restaurants, bars and entertainment venues abound! Foodies, my place is in the same street as La Mouette, which is on the international restaurant map.

About Us

I am a linguist who works online, so I am free to work form anywhere were I have a good internet connection.

My husband is an accountant and works in Europe, so I spend half the year in Cape Town and the other half in Europe.

I love travelling, exploring, and reading about history and various cultures.

I would like to swap with someone in Europe or Morocco.

I would be happy to stay in a nice little place in a great city or interesting town, a primary home, holiday home, a house or a small apartment would suit me.
