Lovely two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse in the beautiful seaside suburb of Terrigal, located 12 kilometres east of Gosford and 88 kilometres north of Sydney.

Five minutes' walk to beach and cafés.

There are two living rooms, one formal and one casual.

There is a small balcony off the living area where you can enjoy a barbecue, and there is also a lovely private rear courtyard.

Our home is in a gated community, with a pool to enjoy in the summer months.

Our home has ducted air conditioning and gas heating.

We enjoy the full winter sun all day.

Terrigal is a very popular holiday destination, as it has beautiful beaches to safely swim and surf at.

There are many cafés and boutiques only a short stroll from our front door.

About Us

Alan and I are both retired police officers, and we love travelling and meeting new people.

We currently live in our caravan in a beachside resort for six months each year, and also do housesits during the colder months. This enables us to live near our son and two grandchildren.

More about us

We own a lovely home in Terrigal, which is about one hour's drive from Sydney, or one and a half hours by train.

Our son may decide to travel to Canada with us with his two children, as Canada has a very special place in his heart, and he would like to show our grandchildren where he lived many years ago.

We would like to visit Canada sometime during your summer months of June, July or August 2019, and will be happy to do a non-simultaneous swap, so that you can enjoy our beautiful summer days in January 2019.
