We live in the 18th district, in an area called Wà¤hring. It is an old, nice and safe, good-living part of Vienna, fifteen minutes from the city centre by public transport.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a three-storey house, built at the turn of the last century (1896) with wooden floors and high ceilings.

Our Neighbourhood

There are shops, cafés and restaurants and everything else you need in the immediate vicinity, and there is a tram stop about a hundred metres away.

Nearby there are historic parks, a public swimming pool, and a great forested recreation area on the hilly boundary of the city.
